Q Are FUSTAR Welders And Procedures Qualified?
A Yes all of our weld procedures and welders are qualified to both EN 287 and ASME IX in stainless steels, carbon steels and many other materials.
We can provide full weld history and tracability with all manufacturing including consumables.
We are also happy to qualify any special or non standard weld procedures on a individual job basis.

A We need information on operating conditions such as media type (gas/liquid/steam), operating temperature/peak temperature, static pressure/pulsating pressure, displacement (axial/lateral/angular), installation space, connection method (flange/threaded/welded), and material preference (stainless steel/carbon steel/PTFE lining) for accurate design.

Q What temperature can a flexible metal hose withstand?
A It can withstand a wide temperature range of -196℃ to 1200℃, depending on the material: 304 withstands -50~600℃, 316 withstands -50~800℃, PTFE withstands -200~260℃, and Inconel withstands -253~1093℃.
