Product Description
High temperature CF flange connection vacuum bellow hose
In vacuum technology,non-braided annularly corrugated hoses are typically used with standardised small CF flanges as quick-assembly vacuum hose assemblies for the connection of devices,pump,measuring equipment and test benches.
Hydra annularly CF flange vacuum hose without plastic seals can be heated up to 450℃ and can therefore be used in ultra high temperature vacuum applications.If connections are used as small flanges, the vacuum bellow hose assemblies can be used at pressures down.If an external supporting ring is used in addition,then the vacuum CF flanges are used for inside over pressure up to approx. 1.5bar.

Vacuum Connection Type
1. KF (NW) is applied in the vacuum system of the quick unloading flange, tube diameter is generally in 50mm (2 inches) or less, twist the wing nut simply by hand can be loosened or compressed for coupling.
2. CF is a flange connection for ultra-high vacuum, it’s metal static sealing, high sealing performance and low leakage rate, withstand high-temperature baking.
3. LF (ISO) connections that can be used from atmospheric pressure to high vacuum, often used in detachable applications. The tube diameter is generally more than 50mm (2 inches), ISO flange’s two common forms are ISO-K and ISO-F.
Vacuum Hose Features
