Non-thrust Maintenance Free Leak Stopping Rotary Compensator
The non-thrust maintenance free leak stopping rotary compensator can be set at any position of the straight pipe section for thermal compensation, and can also be arranged with the natural corner of the pipeline to meet the requirements of the thermal compensation of the pipe system. Compared with other forms of compensators, the rotary compensator can reduce the number of piping compensators and the number of fixed brackets. In addition, when the rotary compensator is used, there is no thrust on the fixed support, which reduces the amount of civil works, saves engineering investment, and simplifies the design difficulty of the pipe network to some extent.
Due to the harsh environment and high requirements, the high temperature and high pressure self-sealing rotary compensator is specially designed and manufactured according to the technical requirements provided by the user. According to the design temperature, pressure and medium, the material is made of low-alloy steel seamless steel tube or integral forging and high-temperature resistant, high-pressure resistant and high-strength composite sealing material with special structure, special production technology and special production technology,high pressure resistance, no thrust, self-sealing, large compensation, no leakage.
The maintenance-free rotary compensator and other rotary compensator products are sealed by a flexible graphite fill in the packing chamber. Every time the product is rotated, the filler will wear a little. When the amount of wear reaches a certain value, the product will leak. The maintenance-free rotary compensator adds a set of springs above the packing compression flange. When the filler is slightly worn, it compensates by the tension of the compression spring, thus prolonging the leakage time of the product (3 to 5 years later) . When the amount of wear exceeds the spring tension compensation amount, it is only necessary to tighten the nut above the spring compression flange, no need to stop the gas repair, no limit on the operation, and it is not easy to cause leakage, thereby greatly improving the economic benefit. The product is compensated 5000 times under the pressure of 4.0MPa without leakage, and the sealing effect is superior.
