Small tie rod axial type corrugated compensator:

Design temperature: -20℃~+400℃ Design pressure: 0.25Mpa~2.5Mpa

Fatigue life: 1000 times

Displacement direction: (transverse axial) diameter: DN100 — DN3000mm


Features:

This type of compensator/expansion joint consists of two sections of bellows, an intermediate pipe and a small tie rod with a limiting nut. It absorbs axial displacement while absorbing lateral displacement. The small pull rod cannot withstand the internal pressure pushing force.


Notes on installation and use:

1 If the user does not need a small lever, please specify it when ordering.

2 If the user does not need a small tie rod, be sure to loosen the nut and leave the lug (or support plate) a certain distance after installation (the value is determined by the amount of axial compensation).

3 If the actual compensation measure is greater than the specified value on the sample (lifetime N≤1000 times), the small tie rod must be removed after the product is installed.


Large tie rod transverse corrugated compensator:

Design temperature: -20℃~+400℃ Design pressure: 0.25Mpa~1.6Mpa

Fatigue life: 1000 times

Displacement direction: (absorbing lateral displacement in any plane) Diameter: DN100 — DN3000mm


Instructions for use:

The large tie rod transverse corrugated compensator can compensate the lateral displacement of the curved pipe section and the angular displacement of small value, and is usually not used to compensate the angular displacement. The compensator is composed of a nozzle, two bellows and a large tie rod. It can absorb lateral displacement in any plane of the piping system. The displacement spherical nut rotates around the spherical washer, and the pull rod also has the ability to withstand internal pressure thrust.


Features:

The compensator/expansion joint is composed of two corrugated pipes, which are pressed for a long time and large tie rods. It can absorb the lateral displacement in any plane of the piping system. During displacement, the spherical nut on the large tie rod rotates around the spherical washer, and the large tie rod also has the ability to withstand internal pressure thrust.


Notes on installation and use:

1 The small tie rod on the expansion joint is used for installation and transportation "cold tight", and cannot be used as a load-bearing part. After the product is installed on the pipeline, it must be removed before it can be put into operation.

2 When the lateral displacement of the expansion joint is required to be large or the system pressure is high, the expansion joint can be "cold-tightened", and the cold-tightening amount is half of the actual lateral displacement, namely 12Y. The cold tightening direction is opposite to the lateral displacement direction.
