The DN350*350*350mm fabric expansion joint is a flexible component consisting of a composite non-metal mateirals,end flanges connected to adjacent pipeline and insulation materials.The introduction of fabric expansion joints has changed the way engineers solve thermal growth problems in gas transfer applications.This fabric bellows expansion joint will normally accommodate large movements over relatively short installation lengths.

2 Five ply fabric materials :

  1^st:steel wire mesh 0.15mm

  2^nd:silicone fabric 1.2mm

  3^rd:PTFE cloth 0.18mm

  4^th:double layers glass fabric 0.9mm X2=1.8mm

    5^th:Needle felted carpet 10mm

3 Flange
