Butt-welded Axial Metal Universal Bellow Compensator
Fustar Bellows Co,.Ltd is one of the leading manufacturers of bellow compensators,flexible metal hose,bellows in China since 1995.We design and manufacture compensators(universal axial expansion joints) according to EJMA,ASME and GB/12777-2008 standard and optimization design. The designed pressure for this compensator is specific, which can be customized in case of special requirements.
The compensators are mainly produced by two connection type:Flanged connection , and welding tube connection.Our products-- Stainless Steel SS316 Butt-welded Axial Metal Universal Bellow Compensators are widely applied to industrial equipment manufacture. It can deflect in any direction and require main and directional anchors. With over 20 more years of experience in the design and manufacture of bellows expansion joint combined with our state of the art on-site facilities enables us to offer a wide range of bellows suitable for any application and design requirements.
Welded Connection
Welded tube is also a simple and economical connection type in project pipelines. Any matched pipe can be welded together with the bellows applied to pipe system. Diameter can start from DN10mm to DN10000mm and material can be carbon steel and all stainless steel including AISI304, AISI321, AISI316, AISI316L,

Application
Our butt-welded axial bellow compensators are widely applied to industrial equipment manufacture and engineering pipe connection of aerospace, marine, petrochemical, refining, power plants, temperature control, information industry, heating, to effectively ensure the high safety performance of transporting the toxic, flammable and explosive media in the pressure pipeline, and to avoid the leak pollution causing the pollution of marine, sky, plants and other environment pollution. The product characteristics are thermostability, high pressure resisting, corrosion resisting, fatigue resisting, resistant to use.
