DN200-100MM Welding Tube Expansion Joint Technical Requirements In Production
1. This expansion joint is produced according to GB/T12777-2008<<Metallic Bellows Compensator General Technical Requirements>>.
2. Longitudinal seam of bellow is made by automatic argon arc welding,weld seam of bellow and compression cylinder section are welding by manual argon arc.
3. Longitudinal seam of bellows and butt-welding are used of 100% color penetration testing,according to GB/T12777-2008 5.5.1.2.
4. Bellows Expansion joint should be hydrostatically pressure tested after finished, test pressure is 0.15Mpa in 10 minutes , no leakage, no obvious structual deformation,and not have instability phenomenon.
5. Expansion joint should be air tightness tested after finished before delivery too,test pressure is 0.1Mpa,10 minutes time,no leakage.
6. Design pressure: 1 bar.
7. Design temperature: 600℃
