DN25-737MM Threaded Nut Flexible Interlock Hose
Threaded nut flexible interlock hoses meet all working conditions and requirements that are unattainable for rubber or plastic hoses.Pressure flexible interlock hoses are manufactured by parallel/spiral corrugation of thin-walled metal corrugated pipe,interlock hose and outer stainless steel wire braids.The lead and depth of corrugations create necessary flexibility,resistance to deformation and vacuum.Widely used as complete metal hose assemblies in no braid,single or double braid versions.Used in all branches of industry to transfer: hot water,steam,oils,chemicals,gaseous and liquid gases etc.

Installation
The satisfactory performance of flexible interlock hoses is dependent upon certain precautions which must be taken at the time of installation.
1. Install the flexible interlock hose directly on the pump,compressor or other equipment.If this is not practical,install as close as possible to the source of vibration.
2. Do not compress,twist or strech during installation.Premature failure will result.
3. Threaded nut flexible interlock hoses must be installed so that its length is perpendicular to the direction of the vibration.
4. Support piping as needed to eliminate stress to the threaded interlock hose.It must support only its own weight.
