We specialise in the manufacture and export of wire braided flexible corrugated hoses,flanged flexible corrugated hose,interlock hose,hydraulic & rubber hose,fire sprinkler hose,expansion joints and hydraulic fittings etc.
There are two basic types of flexible corrugated hoses without braid,which are distinguished by the type of corrugation used during manufactuing: helical or annular corrugation. FUSTAR flexible hoses are manufactured using the annular corrugation method.
Carbon steel flanged flexible corrugated hoses are used in various industries to carry gases and liquids at elevated pressure or temperatures or high vacuum. A stainless steel metal bellow hose comprises of an inner hydroformed corrugated thin walled tube which is externally braided or unbraided as per requirements of our customers.
Stainless steel SS304 wires are widely used to manufacture the braids over flanged corrugated flexible metal hoses.On customer requests we can also manufacture braids in other stainless steel grades such as SS321 and SS316L. Double layer braided hoses improve the pressure rating of an assembly by at least 30%.

Wide Range of Materials We can recommend and manufacture the proper corrugated hose and braid materials to meet your strength , flexibility, environmental,media compatibility and cost requirements.Typical materials such as SS304,SS316L and SS321 stainless steel can withstand extreme variations in temperature ranging from very low to high temperatures;The wire braided corrugated hoses do not diffuse gases or liquids and are liquid tight.They provide excellent chemical and corrosion resistance as well as high mechanical strength.More corrosion or temperature resistanct alloys are also available such as Monel 400 and Hastelloy that can be used in chlorine environments and Inconel 625 can be used in high temperature gas turbines.
