The pipeline is commonly composed of several parts and axial expansion joints which are installed along the pipeline according to expansion calculation. The carbon steel welding end expansion joints are designed to absorb lateral movments and other movements based on the calculations for different pipelines.The main part of carbon steel expansion joint is bellows,inner sleeve,tie rods,welding tube or flanges etc. The wall thickness of bellows, number of bellow plys and additional parts of expansion joints are designed according to movements,working temperature,pressure and medium in pipeline.
