Single Way Sleeve Compensator
Sleeve compensator also named tube type expansion joint or pipe expansion joint, which is compensation device of hot fluid pipeline, mainly used for auxiliary equipment in straight pipeline. There are a lot of applications of compensator, such as: hot water, steam, oil medium and so on, to achieve thermal expansion compensation between the sliding sleeve and outer sleeve by sliding movement. One feature of Single Way Sleeve Compensator, it has no long life, fatigue life amount to pipeline. Besides, it is used without requirement of chloride ion content, especially suitable for medium or surrounding system of excessive chloride ions. Features
· Apply for medium engineering pressure ≤4.5MPa, temperature -190℃~630℃
· Using the new style sealing material of flexible graphite,has the characteristics of high strength, small coefficient of friction (0.04~0.10), no aging, good effect, convenient maintenance and so on.
· With long life, fatigue life amount to pipeline. After special treated to sliding surface, it’s good corrosion resistance in salt water, saline solution and other environments, more higher than austenitic stainless steel 50 times. Meanwhile, after years of abrasion causes a sealing effect due to weakened , it can repair automatically without affecting use continued under the pressure of the spring tension.
· It is used without requirement of hloride ion content, especially suitable for medium or surrounding system of excessive chloride ions.
· Sleeve compensator is divided into single-way and two-way types.Two-way structure is characterized by media inflowed from any side,sliding sleeve is always free to slide in both ends, realize two-way compensation, increase compensation amount.
· Buried sleeve-type compensator can be buried in the ground, may not be provided well repair when installation,low construction cost. Sleeve compensator is suitable for pipe laid by straight line, consists of inner sleeve, outer sleeve,check injection material combination, end sleeve, packing chamber, guide bearings and so on.
